Dear Advantage Homes’ Tenants,
To improve our response time, while keeping your rent at a competitive rate, effective Oct 1, 2008 Advantage Homes will be reorganizing our office procedures.
Considering our mornings will be dedicated to performing inspections, lease renewal, and book-keeping, Advantage Homes highly recommends submitting all questions, concerns, and/or maintenance tasks through this “Work Order Submission” tab.
The office line (913-894-5133) will be open daily from 1:00 to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. Although we will attempt to take every call, should you be required to leave a message, our staff may elect to respond via email.
