Beginning October 1, 2008 Advantage Homes will be using a new online management program, Propertyware. Propertyware has several new features in which iRealtyManager were not able to offer Advantage Homes. However, to keep your fees from rising, to ensure follow up, and to increase productivity, Advantage Homes will also be revising our office procedures.
To ensure all of our maintenance tasks and approvals are properly documented we highly recommend you email our staff; group@kchomevalu.com. The office line (913-894-5133) will be open daily from 1:00 to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Although we will attempt to take every call, should you be required to leave a message, our staff may elect to respond via email.
Due to new banking regulations, a $2.25 fee will be charged on each direct deposit transaction; however we hope you continue to utilize the direct deposit program to ensure speedy, accurate receipt of funds.
If your homes/units contingency funds have not been deducted from any previous months’ proceeds, and therefore are not currently being held in an escrow account, you will see a deduction on your statement November 2008 statement.
