Our company opened in 2002 with only the Owner, Deb Frohling acting as Leasing Agent, Listing Agent, Property Manager, Bookkeeper, etc. Our company has now grown with a full staff of Property Managers, Licensed Sales Agents and Listing/Leasing Agents.

Born in Great Bend, KS but I have lived in Kansas City my entire life. Since 2006 I have been an Olathe home owner/investment owner. I purchased my first rental duplex at only 21 years old; living in half while leasing out the other side. Now I lease out the full duplex and reside at my single family residence.

I have been with Advantage Homes since 2004. Starting as a part-time Property Manager has provided me the experience of understanding tenants needs while maintaining an owners' property and budget. Now as the full-time Office Manager & Book-keeper I oversee the tenant, owner, and business finances, direct our property management staff, and occasionally perform everything from processing internet inquiries to preparing new listings for our website.

Outside of work I am an avid scrap-booker! I also enjoying dining at new restaurants and spending quality time with friends and family.

I was born and raised in Kansas City and homeschooled by my mother. My wife and I have been together for 8 yrs and have 3 great kids; Layla 7, Aiden 3, and Landen 2. I have gone from internet sales, to HVAC, and now leasing within the last 12 yrs. I have been with Advantage Homes since 2007 as the top Listing and Leasing agent. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. We do a lot of four-wheeling, go-carting, swimming and bike riding. Besides being a family man I love doing side projects, especially home remodeling so our house is always undergoing some sort of update.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and moved to Kansas in 2001. My husband and I purchased our first home in 2008. In 2009 we moved out of state for a job transfer; in 2010 I obtained my real estate license in Arizona and in 2012 we returned to Kansas and have resided in Olathe since.

I have been part of the Advantage Homes team since 2012. As the Property Manager, I enjoy the day to day contact I have with our owners as well as our tenants. I am the main point of contact and assist all parties with any maintenance or general inquiries. I also perform our annual and renewal inspections which not only allows me to get to know each individual home; it also allows me to establish a professional bond with the tenants and owners.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband/family and our 2 dogs. I love music, traveling, Italian cuisine and most of all hanging out with our friends and family.
